Draft — not yet in force
This is a draft and has not been reviewed by a solicitor. It was written by an AI assistant, not a lawyer, and it must be checked by someone qualified before anything is sold.
The owner's name, trading name and address are now filled in. Still outstanding: the legal check, and a final decision on whether the buyer or C.O pays return postage for a change of mind — this draft assumes the buyer does, which is only lawful because it is stated here in advance.
Remove this notice, drop the noindex tag, add the page to sitemap.xml and link it from the footer once it is approved.
Changing your mind
You have 14 days from the day after your cap arrives to cancel, and you don't need to give a reason.
Email c.oheadwear22@gmail.com to tell me. Any clear statement will do — there's a form at the bottom of this page if you'd rather use one. Then send the cap back within 14 days of telling me.
Sending it back
Email me first so I know it's coming, and I'll give you the return address.
You pay the return postage when you've simply changed your mind. If the cap is faulty or isn't what was described, I pay it.
Please use a tracked service and keep the receipt. I need proof you've sent it before I can refund, and tracking is the simplest way to show that — hang onto the proof of postage until the refund lands.
Send it back in the condition it arrived in, with the hangtag still attached if you can. Trying it on is fine — that's what you'd do in a shop. If it comes back worn or damaged beyond that, I may reduce your refund to cover the drop in value.
Your refund
I'll refund you within 14 days of the cap reaching me, or of you showing me proof you've posted it, whichever happens first.
It goes back to the card you paid with.
The refund includes the standard postage you paid to have the cap sent to you. It doesn't cover what it cost you to send it back.
If something's wrong with it
Different rules apply here, and they're better for you.
If the cap is faulty, arrives damaged, or isn't what was described, you have 30 days from delivery to reject it and get a full refund. After 30 days I'll repair or replace it, and if that isn't possible or doesn't work, you can have your money back.
I pay the return postage either way. Email me with a photo and I'll sort it out.
None of this affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Cancellation form
You don't have to use this. An email saying you want to cancel is enough.
