Terms of sale
Draft — not yet in force
This is a draft and has not been reviewed by a solicitor. It was written by an AI assistant, not a lawyer, and it must be checked by someone qualified before anything is sold.
The owner's name, trading name and geographic address that UK law requires are now filled in. What is still outstanding is the legal check itself.
Remove this notice, drop the noindex tag, add the page to sitemap.xml and link it from the footer once it is approved.
Who you're buying from
C.O is run by one person in Greater Manchester. It's a sole trader, not a limited company, and it isn't VAT registered — so there's no VAT on anything here.
C.O is the trading name of Callum O'Brien.
Address: 11 Highcrest Grove
Manchester M29 8GH

The caps
They're made in small runs and embroidered, so no two are quite identical. Small differences in the stitching are part of how they're made rather than faults.
Colours on a screen never match cloth exactly.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Postage is added at checkout and shown to you before you pay.
Payment is handled by Stripe. I never see or hold your card details.
Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract between us starts when I email to say your cap has been dispatched — not when you pay.
If I can't fulfil your order, because the run has sold out or there's a problem with the stock, I'll cancel it and refund you in full. You'll never be charged for something I don't send.
If a price is wrong through an obvious mistake — a decimal in the wrong place, a cap listed at a fraction of what it costs to make — I'll tell you before dispatch and you can either pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund. I won't take the money and send nothing.
Delivery
The UK only, for now.
Caps go by Royal Mail Tracked 48. I dispatch within 3 working days of your order. Royal Mail usually takes a couple of working days after that, but their timings are an estimate and not something I can guarantee.
The cap is my responsibility until it reaches the address you gave me. If it doesn't arrive, tell me — chasing Royal Mail is my job, not yours, and I'll put it right.
Changing your mind
You have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel, for any reason or none. The returns page explains how, what you get back, and who pays the postage.
If something's wrong
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 what I sell you has to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it isn't, the returns page sets out what happens. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
What I'm responsible for
If I break these terms or don't do this properly, I'm responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result. I'm not responsible for losses that couldn't have been foreseen, or for business losses — these caps are sold to people, not companies.
Nothing here limits responsibility where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
Your details
What I collect and why is on the privacy page.
Changes
The terms that apply are the ones on this page on the day you order. I may update them, but changes won't affect an order already placed.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can bring proceedings in your own courts.
Complaints
Email c.oheadwear22@gmail.com and I'll try to put it right. It's one person reading it, so it may take a day.
